  • Business Damage Assessment Survey: If your business was damaged at all, fill out this survey.
  • Leon County Damage Survey: Leon County Emergency Management is seeking assistance from the public to document damage within Tallahassee and Leon County resulting from the severe weather incident that occurred on May 10, 2024. This information will be used to assist in collecting consolidated impact information and will be provided to other State and Federal agencies as they assess the damage.
