The Studios of LeMoyne offer a dynamic and collaborative workspace designed for visual artists working across an array of mediums. Tenants can benefit from a supportive studio environment that nurtures creativity with regular opportunities for community engagement and networking on the beautiful grounds of LeMoyne Arts. Through this dynamic workspace for visual artists, the Studios of LeMoyne is creating community through art.

• Studio sizes range from 108 sq ft to 563 sq ft; Prices range from $370/month - $1,100/month

• All prices include wifi and utilities.

• Parking is first come, first served.

• No residency: Occupants will not live in the studios.

• Most studios are accessed by stairway.

• All studios may be shared by multiple artists. Separate leases are required for each entity.
