Funds for Musicians and Music Industry Workers Facing Financial Hardship Available Now

  

  

 

The Sweet Relief Musicians Fund is offering grants to provide financial assistance to career musicians and music industry workers who are struggling to make ends meet while facing illness, disability, or age-related problems.

The deadline for this grant is ongoing.

The maximum award for this grant varies based on individual needs.

Applicants must have a serious medical or mental health condition that affects their ability to work, demonstrate financial need, and show that at least 50% of their income comes from music-related work. Exceptions are made for retired or semi-retired older industry workers (ages 65+).

Grant funds should be used for medical and vital living expenses, including insurance premiums, prescriptions, medical treatment, housing costs, food, and utilities.

Applicants must provide a diagnosis from a medical doctor and submit financial documents such as tax returns and bank statements.
