The photo in your listing shows our much smaller former public library here in Apalachicola. Although this building and its grounds are still public property, our former librarian Caty Greene secured a grant of $450,000 and, in combination with an endowment provided by a famous Apalachicola author by the name of Margaret Key, these funds were used to build a new library at a different location

Although this building and its grounds are still public property, our former librarian Caty Greene secured a grant of $450,000 and, in combination with an endowment provided by a famous Apalachicola author by the name of Margaret Key, these funds were used to build a new library at a different location within Apalachicola which opened maybe 5 years ago — ??? I can't recall exactly.
Here's a link to the website for the new library: https://www.apalachicolalibrary.com/ They've greatly expanded services because they have significantly more space as well as a greater number of staff than the former library, in part because Apalachicola's library is now part of the Franklin County Public Library System so we get state funding, but still retain a degree of independence. Caty worked to get that done for more than a decade.
While there's not a photo of the current library on their website, you can find a number of different ones in the search results on this Google Images page, which shows quite a bit of its interior and things from various programs and activities, as well as a couple exterior shots. There's even a result showing the old library which is similar to the one that's in your current listing. https://www.google.com/search?client=ms-android-motorola-rvo3&sca_esv=2c50b593bf3afd6b&sca_upv=1&sxsrf=ADLYWIID83DmE99mMCL_C8XbXL0bZlzlUw:1725066596399&q=Margaret+T+Apalachicola+municipal+Library&udm=2&fbs=AEQNm0DncICEeRv1qLsbxwUR3UCsUIirWniHLtFdU57AL9oKQlc3IUoyXltnScRyZ1frpLIXTSeecOzBuBTwucMoMAiFqhfNM-5bcxnXnoG8N8a6BOVFvtw1cYAr_hjtEcwL0Dt8lx_97fB4SvuB-ZHsXnN-QmA84tBEqz32nijzAHQ_mOY2JKGzafQKiwoLmnSBZwBYJ9PDAmfLPO1uinJWb3gPxybXyGTMxdgQrTIexE6pz4C-CNQ&sa=X&ved=2ahUKEwiIzcTthZ6IAxXVQzABHTZNBycQtKgLegQIDRAB&biw=412&bih=767&dpr=1.75
